A creative dance training center, Ballet Angel Studio (BAS) is renowned for its professional team, decorated instructors, refined facilities and structured, student-centered pedagogical methods. Since 2008, the studio developed a systematic teaching method for all levels of learners including both adults and children. It has become one of the most renowned dance studios in Beijing.

All BAS’s instructors are graduated from the prestigious Beijing Dance Academy, a top tier vocational ballet institution, and gained working experience in highly competitive professional companies with some at dancing at principle levels. The instructors received their own dance training systematically from a young age and gained performance experience over the years. BAS developed it’s own pedagogical methods based on the teaching standards set by the Beijing Dance Academy, which includes a well-respected examination board and rigorous training syllabus. In 1994, the Beijing Dance Academy released the official and standardized ballet training reference syllabus to the public and later begin holding open classes to promote the art form to the general public. BAS is grounded in this context and enhances it’s teaching syllabus by further breaking down instructional material for dance students of all ages and levels.

As a recreational pursuit, ballet offers several benefits. First and foremost, ballet is physically challenging and aesthetically pleasing. Ballet works muscles in the arms, legs, and torso to condition strength, endurance, flexibility, and balance. Many of our students have pursued ballet for years and finds their physique to be significantly improved in ways such as weight loss, muscle definition and graceful presence. Second, learning ballet, like many other forms of creative exercise, is excellent for alleviating stress, improve cardio-vascular systems and promoting social emotional health.
